-       City collecting yard waste – next two recycling days they will accept this garbage

35 Hanson streetARC Design, Developer

Seeking support for rear parlor level deck: TheyÕve provided a number of abutter letters of non-opposition:

Motion of non-opposition was voted by those in attendance.  Damage done to alleyway in the process will be repaired ARC was promised.  Stone replacement and gate/door damage was mentioned as an issue by some of the attendees tonight.

 

Siena Farms – Trevor

Monthly focus on a local business: Sell vegetables year round.  They also sell flowers, eggs, cheese, etc.  All New England farm products!!!!  They also sell local Christmas trees during the season.

 

ESNA Elections

Election of new officers: Current Eight Street Officers were officially voted to continue for one more year.

3.     WINDOW BOX COMPETITION

a.     June 21st Eight Streets front garden, Stoop and Window Box competition

b.     Check Eight streets website for updates on when the competition judging will happen.

4.     STOOP PARTY ON DWIGHT STREET

a.     Get to know your neighbors on Dwight Street

b.     When: May 16

c.     Time: 6 to 7:30 pm

d.     Look for a balloon on the stoop of those participating

 

Guest Speaker: John Sullivan – Chief Engineer, BWSC

Mr. Sullivan will give a presentation on the History of Boston Water, was well as current and future projects, with some Q&A afterwards.

Jim Steinkraus, BWSC General Council will also join us to answer residents question about water services
